A decision model that cannot be opened is a slide. The useful test is whether a sceptical operator can change an assumption and see what moves.

Most risk work ends as a list. The list is agreed, filed, and leaves the decision unchanged. The failure is not a lack of workshops. It is that uncertainty never becomes something you can handle.

A working model is different. You can see the range. You can name the factors. You can test a choice against many plausible combinations instead of one negotiated base case.

That is why this site exists. Notes argue the method. Demonstrations let you try it. If a piece of work cannot survive being opened, it does not belong here yet.

The first demonstrations use public or synthetic data on purpose. Confidential cases stay private until they can be shown without the client in them.
